10.0The staff was very welcoming and gave us an upgrade from a usual family room to a large suite on two levels - ten times the price that we actually paid. They also allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier than stated on the website. That was very helpful to us as it was 35C outside, and the children had a chance to swim at the pool rather than sit in the lobby for 3 hours.

Please note that an airport shuttle pickup and drop off is available, and the cost of it is EUR 42 per ride from 6:00 to 2200, and for EUR 45 per ride from 22:00 until 6:00.
