1.0Nothing. Walking up to the hotel, there was a gang of men around my car and the person checking me in, was actually sitting on the bonnet along with another man! l left as soon as I walked into the room. It was awful.

9.0The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It featured air conditioning, which was excellent given the intense heat outside. We highly recommend this place.
A good place
7.0Room was a good size, comfy bed, decent pillows! Bathroom was clean, hand soap and shower gel, good water pressure for the shower. Everything you would expect done well. The room had air conditioning which was such a luxury on saturday night during the heatwave! Wasn't expecting it, and it was running when I entered the room which I thought was a lovely touch by the staff member. I didn't catch his name, but he was friendly and helpful. Its like a 5 min walk to ilford high street so a great base for heading out. The while hotel from entry is nice and clean, feels comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
− Limited parking, not an issue for me personally on this occasion.
