Falta absoluta de profesionalidad en recepción

− Soy una persona que viaja con frecuencia y me alojo en hoteles con regularidad, pero nunca me había encontrado con una recepcionista tan poco profesional. La persona que nos atendió a nuestra llegada mostró la misma actitud tanto con nosotros como con el huésped anterior. En ningún momento preguntó aspectos básicos, como por dónde se había realizado la reserva, y su trato fue seco, con respuestas cortantes y un tono altivo. Fue una atención completamente alejada de lo que se espera de alguien que trabaja de cara al público. Todos podemos tener un mal día, pero en este caso la impresión fue la de una falta de habilidades para la atención al cliente más que un hecho puntual. La recepción es la primera impresión que un huésped se lleva de un hotel y, por desgracia, en nuestro caso fue tan negativa que, de haber tenido la posibilidad, habríamos buscado otro alojamiento. Es una pena, porque una actitud así acaba empañando la experiencia desde el primer minuto.

Polígono a las afueras

Está en un polígono industrial zona de bares por la noche. Afueras de Granada. Bien para visitar la ciudad sin tener que entrar. Aparcamiento fácil en los alrededores y hay varios cargadores de coche eléctrico en las gasolineras cercanas.
