I received a room that had a thermostat stuck on 80 degrees. Called the front desk to address the issue and she did not

4.0My wife has Alzheimer's and was sundowning. The parking attendant was very supportive and helpful.
− We stayed for two nights. We did not receive maid service. At close to $500 a night, we find this egregious.
Generally good stay, close to banking facilities and eateries and the University community

Do not stay here. Charging for a 5 star and you get barely a 1.
2.0Do not stay here. The hotel is way over priced. It's old and gross and we will never stay there again. They typically have a CHOP rate nope instead the charged us $2,300 for 3 nights. At least we could have had water pressure and a clean room. Hope the next family coming in for medical procedures for their kid gets treated better.
