5.0− Limited Parking Room early available..but still can't check-in even only 15 minutes left. Parking lot lacks lighting
A good stay
7.0It is located strategically near a beach which is just a walking distance from the swimming pool. Enjoyed the view from the room very much.
− Cleanliness was abit off especially in the washroom
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that from 1 June 2014 onwards, all bookings are subjected to a MYR 2 Heritage Tax per room per day.
As part of our continued commitment to improve efficiency and services, we are currently in the process of renovating Hotel Sentral Georgetown's Lobby and expected to be completed by 15 Aug 2025. As a result, there will be some construction noise during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and your understanding & support during the renovation period is much appreciated.
