− Colchas amarillentas, colchones viejos, puertas de las habirtaciones del año de María castaña, sin aire acondicionado, baños con bañera y la piscina con todo el borde amarillo de no haberse limpiado en profundidad ( sin socorrista)

8.0El apartamento está bien, acorde a su categoría (3 estrellas), sin lujos pero con suficiente espacio y buenas zonas comunes. La ubicación es en una urbanización sin muchos servicios, pero cerca en coche de Santander y playas de la zona.
− Los colchones eran algo incómodos, necesitan renovación. No entendimos muy bien la norma de que las limpiadoras no pueden entrar si están los clientes, aunque lo pidas. Entiendo que no van a fregar debajo de nuestros pies, ¿pero hacer el baño o el dormitorio que está vacío? (cuando han venido a las 14:30 siendo que habíamos estado fuera toda la mañana...).
Estancia correcta
7.0La ubicación del aparthotel y que tuvimos una estancia tranquila. Estábamos ubicados en la tercera planta y no escuchábamos ruidos. El apartamento era muy correcto, los utensilios de la cocina los suficientes para pasar una semana. Y además bastante limpio. La amabilidad del personal y de la gobernanta. El trato de las chicas de la animación con los críos ha sido estupendo.
− La camas de nuestro apartamento no eran de nuestro agrado. Los colchones muy blandos y las almohadas muy altas, aunque nos lo solucionaron y nos dieron más bajitas. ( eso va a gustos) Falta un poco de cariño en cuanto al cuidado y al deterioro de las instalaciones.
