Location and everything but instructions to get in with regards to property as we arrived late & couldn’t find. Person on phone just said the code and about envelope but no instructions that they were upstairs and at the end of a court yard.

Location, size of apartment value for money

− Could hear a vibrating sound coming through the walls for several hours. Phone the 0800 and they said they could send someone out in about an hour to the neighbour's apartment. The noise stopped after that. Could hear the neighbour's TV through the walls and someone singing. Rooms are clearly not soundproof. Oil heater in one of the bedrooms did not work.
