− Kleine Zimmer, zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, „90-er Charme“. Sehr kaltes Foyer und Speisesaal, weder nachhaltig noch gesundheitsfördernd. Teils defekte Fliesen im Pool-Liegebereich ohne Pylone/Absperrung o.ä.
