8.0Great place to stay. Cheap and clean close to stations in a quiet and safe area. Staff are very helpful. Room comes with beautiful shampoos and conditioners. Fresh linen daily breakfast was included was nice but only served yogurt and pastries, which were fresh and yummy. Recommend.

Guest review
10.0I really like the location of the hotel and its convenience to get around. The included breakfast is a nice add on as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly and really make me feel welcome. This is the second time I've stayed there and will most likely stay there in future visits
NO COLD WATER
8.0A few front desk staff is not overly friendly with non-Japanese speaking guests. I asked why there is no cold water in the room and a chubby lady with hair tied back (usually on night shift) impatiently told me to drink warm water from the tap. Her attitude towards foreigners will be a reason for me to think twice next time I book when coming to Japan again. My hat off to the cleaning lady who clean my room immaculately and treat me courteously even we don’t speak the same language. But back to the basic question, why is there no cold water in the room? The water is too warm for face cleaning and shampooing. I need answer from the management. My stay was pleasant except for the high water temperature.
