− ・部屋の構造的に、部屋全体がエアコン効くまでに時間がかかる。 ・テレビでYouTube見れない。 ・神田駅から遠い。 ・近くのコンビニが少ない。 ・冷蔵庫内のスイッチを入れても、冷蔵庫が使えない。冷蔵庫小さい。 ・シャワーが壊れてて、お湯が色々なところから噴射する。

7.0受付のスタッフの方が丁寧な対応をされていた点がよかったです。
お風呂とベッドで、旅の疲れを癒すことがなかなかできなかったけど、立地も良い。ただ少し残念でした。アパホテルってこんなもんなんだと残念。
4.0店員さんの対応
− ベッドは腰の部分が落ち込んでいる。腰が痛くなる。古い。また、浴室の造りでシャワーのお湯が伝って、トイレ側に流れ込んでしまう。トイレが水浸しになっていた。シャワーカーテンをもっと大きいのでカバーできると思います。
