Sehr schönes Hotel - aber wenig Erholung

Das Hotel wurde im letzten Jahr modernisiert und deshalb sind die Zimmer und alles weitere wie neu. Top sauber, die Poolanlage in einem gepflegten Garten fast noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Das Frühstücksbuffet befindet sich neuerdings in dem selben Hotel auf der Terrasse, so dass wir morgens schon im Garten gemütlich frühstücken konnten. Da das Hotel nicht sehr groß ist, entsteht eine persönliche Atmosphäre. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Zu den Geschäften, Supermarkt und Tavernen ca. 3 Minuten, zum feinen Sandstrand ca. 6 bis 7 Minuten zu Fuß.

− Wir hätten dem Hotel gern eine Topbewertung gegeben, aber leider wurde unser Aufenthalt getrübt, der nicht unerheblich ist. Unser Zimmer (111 im Erdgeschoss) war so hellhörig, so dass wir jede Nacht im Stundenrhythmus wach geworden sind und wenig geschlafen haben. Es waren nicht die Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern, die Wände sind anscheinend gut gedämmt, sondern durch die Zimmertür. Diese ist nicht abgedichtet und hat unten einen Spalt von ungefähr 2 cm. Von außen können die Türen nicht geklinkt werden, sondern müssen zuschnappen. Da fällt die eine oder andere Tür schonmal heftiger ins Schloss. Es gibt keine Haustür, das Treppenhaus ist offen zur Strasse hin und der Lärm der Autos und Scooter ging direkt durchs Zimmer. Des Weiteren waren die anderen Gäste so laut zu hören, als wenn sie neben uns standen. Das ist sehr unangenehm und für so ein schönes Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Oropax haben nicht wirklich geholfen. Hier muss unbedingt eine bauliche Lösung gefunden werden oder das Zimmer für die Hälfte des Preises angeboten werden. Ob dieser negative Punkt auch die anderen Zimmer betrifft, können wir zwar nicht beurteilen, aber die Türen sahen alle gleich aus. Leider wurden alle anderen Mühen des Hotels und der Mitarbeiter durch diesen Umstand getrübt.

Älskade att hotellet låg så centralt, med gångavstånd till både havet och centrala Malia. Det bästa var att hotellet hade två olika delar, vilket gav tillgång till deras privata strand – en riktigt fin och lugn plats att koppla av på. Personalen var fantastiska!

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Zimmer. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück und im angeschlossenen Hotel ein echter Wohlfühlort.

− An der Unterkunft gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich der Weg von der außerhalb liegenden Unterkunft über die befahrenen Strassen ist manchmal unangenehm. Liegen sind oft belegt, obwohl keiner da ist. Das liegt an den Touristen, die Liegen blockieren, obwohl sie stundenlang abwesend sind.
