2.0Apparently I mistakenly reserved it for the week after I needed it so my money is lost I had to scramble to find a place to stay and I didn't need it a week later

4.0As so as we walked in the non-smoking room we could smell that someone had smoked in the room. There were also cigarette burn marks in the bathtub. The number of dark stains on the carpet and the flies in the room made the room look and feel like a crime scene, the room was good size with no furniture, which made it look as though they ran out of money. And at the end of the night I turned on the television and there was no service or way to watch TV.
