4.0− 1, 風呂場の排水が悪い。風呂の湯を抜くのに排水が悪いためバスマットまで"びしゃびしゃ"になった。気が付かずにそのまま洗面をするとスリッパが濡れてしまう。 後から気づいた 2,トイレ・洗面・風呂すべてが狭い。トイレの水を流すのに座ったままでは 出来ない途中に流したい時がある。
