10.0Breakfast was not officially included with our stay, but our host Suzy provided a dozen free range eggs from her chickens. Delicious, and totally unexpected.

9.0Suzy was very welcoming, allowing us to accommodate our dog (normally the property is not dog friendly to partial rent). And left us to relax and enjoy. The property is immaculate, and its facilities and location exceptional. Views over estuary unparalleled. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend - if available!

We were there along with 2 other couples sharing the kitchen, hot tub etc. This was not a problem at all.
