− There wasn't really a bathroom door, there's a sliding barn door between the room and the sink area. The bathtub and toilet are off to the left but no door there either so not really great privacy.

− The room was not clean. The covers and sheets had cigarette burns and stains everywhere. There was a used deodorant top tangled up in the blankets
Had a wonderful stay
10.0It was quiet, clean & nice pool and the elevator was great to have
− 3rd floor but the elevator made up for this

2.0Location
− Well the room smelled musty had to buy air freshener to get the room to smell descent and had to wipe the floor with a towel because the floor had a film on it and the towel was disgusting. No access to WiFi provided very few room amenities. During our last day the room was not cleaned nor sheets or towels provided. I went to the front desk and the staff seemed surprised. They gave me towels and sheets. THEN While showering we heard someone in the room (no one knocked either) and they were working on the door frame!!!! I had to holler at them from behind the shower door in which they just said sorry and left AND the manager was supposedly with the workers. I made a complaint to the front desk but no one ever reached out to apologize or explain why they were in a room that was still occupied for the night!! 🤯😤 if I could have got a refund I would have left the first night.
