7.0The location was great, and the wildlife made the stay feel really special — waking up to a peacock right outside our door and kangaroos at dawn genuinely made it feel like a proper escape. Bathroom amenities were good quality too, and when my son had a bad nosebleed overnight, staff were calm and reassuring, which I really appreciated.
− The aircon was stuck and couldn't be turned off, and the heating/cooling wasn't well calibrated, which made for a uncomfortable nights. I raised it at checkout and was told I should have flagged it during the stay, but we were out before reception opened and back after it closed, so that wasn't really possible - ideally a fault like that would be caught and fixed before a guest checks in, not after. On top of that, the biscuits provided were stale and broken and crumbled in the packet.
