− A piscina estava fechada e não foi avisado com antecedência. E o valor não foi alterado em nada.
Nao volto nesse hotel, foi uma dificuldade para entregar uma nota fiscal.

5.0O quarto era confortável, com cama boa, ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e banheiro limpo e em boas condições. Esses aspectos tornaram a estadia agradável. Por outro lado, alguns pontos deixaram a desejar. Havia muito barulho durante o dia, tanto por conta de uma obra nas proximidades quanto pelo trânsito intenso, o que dificultava o descanso. Além disso, a televisão era bastante limitada: não era Smart TV e não permitia acesso a serviços de streaming, o que acaba sendo um ponto negativo para quem pretende relaxar no quarto. No geral, a experiência foi razoável. O hotel atende bem no conforto básico do quarto, mas poderia melhorar o isolamento acústico (quando possível) e modernizar as televisões para oferecer uma experiência mais completa aos hóspedes.

− La piscina estaba en mantención y lo mismo el gimnasio. Mis niños querian jugar pool y no pudieron.
