Quite possibly the most miserable rude staff we have ever encountered. Had 2 drinks upon arrival and after we drank them was told 5 euros but cash, which we didn’t have on us. Thought not a problem we can pay upon checkout. They were quite rude upon checking in. Very moody. Shrugged it off. The next morning at 10am our fell was ringing and the manager was shouting outside and knocking. Got up to see if there was a fire to be given a note. Bring 5 euro to reception, she thrust it at me and stropped off. Laughed it off as was so ridiculous but rude to wake you while away. We got cash out that evening (cost 4 euros) to pay them and did on the way back to our room. The bolchy woman behind the bar seemed angered we approached her while food was all around her mouth. Next morning we checked out. To be shouted at and told we aren’t leaving without paying 5 euros, the fuss they made was like we owed them £100’s! Explained I paid and she was so rude and tutting. We are middle aged, my husband a police officer. We aren’t likely to steal 2 cans of coke. Place was dated and beds were chipped boards on legs. The road noise was atrocious, people kicking doors in at 4am and rowing and shouting. None of the staff wanted to be there. Awful attitudes. No pleasantries exchanged or common courtesy. Definitely would not recommend. Sad as location is nice. Lively restaurants near by.

A estadia correu bem, mas a cama podia ser de casal e mais cómoda. Os móveis e o interior merecem uma renovação, pois o exterior é muito bonito e agradável.

I constantly had to tackle insects and flies that infested the place the accommodation was small dark and not worth the money i paid for the bed linen was itchy on my skin snd the pillows had a musty old smell overall i am very disappointed on how much i paid for it and would not stay there again

Quarto retro mas agradavel, limpissimo. Boa qualidade para o preco. Piscina boa com grande espaco a volta, bem sombrada de baixa das avores tambem.

Trap hotel

It's not for adults, it's for teenagers. From the moment you arrive at this dark, falling apart place, you are shocked by the girls and boys lying on the reception couches, dripping with sweat, followed by completely abandoned reception, until two arrogant receptionists appear, inform you that we just open after 4:00 PM for check in for all the guests, and we have the policy on the drawer if you don't believe. Then you wait on queue for over an hour to get your key to end with a room looking like a prison room from the horror's movies, that has absolutely nothing to do with the booking website pictures, then you go again and bagging to change the room to another one waiting until 5:30PM, ending with a boiler in sauna, and after several complaints up and down you realize that, the hotel has a major problems with the air conditioning and all the guests are complaining about it, I slept with the window wide open hoping to get some freshness air, but unfortunately I just got mosquito bites, loud music from bars, and teenagers screaming in the next rooms at 4:00 AM celebrating someone's birthday, and finally seagulls screeching wildly on my roof at 6:00 AM celebrating the rise of a new day. I couldn't stay any longer, so I got dressed and left running from the place, requesting to speak to the manager to get a refund for a stay that didn't happen. However, even this service was not available as there was no manager again for the second day, and I couldn't get his phone number either! As for the delicious breakfast, I will leave it to you to discover so as not to spoil the happy ending.

På gångavstånd till havet med fantastisk pool och lugnt trevligt område. Boendet var okej för oss, enkelt och utrustat för en kort vistelse.
