− The abrupt greeting as we 'Booked through Booking .com ' a charge of £10 parking. If I'd rang direct this would have been waived. Unfortunately I was unaware of such communications until we met. Bathroom very small but we managed.
Cosy Camberley
8.0Kimberley is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was quiet - and was equipped with a fridge, which was needed for our purchases. The location is excellent. Although I do not think it was necessary to charge for parking, the fee was per stay - not per night - so was more reasonable than other establishments in the area. I would definitely stay here again. It was small, quiet, and comfortable. More of a guest house than a hotel. No noise from other guests. Lovely and relaxing.
− The room would benefit from hooks for towels or clothes. There is nowhere to hang anything in the shower room. A few hooks in there would have been helpful. A coat rack in the bedroom would have been good, as well.
The property cannot accept stag or hen, or similar parties. Any such bookings will be canceled according to cancelation policies.
Please note the car park is accessed via Strawberry Dale Square, which is at the rear of the property.
