− My stay here was ruined by the people in the neighboring room, who were acting completely crazy — slamming my door at 6 AM and even climbing onto my balcony to take whatever they wanted. To be honest, you should be prepared for this type of guest if you stay at this hotel. However, it is ONLY thanks to the staff members that I felt safe. I was extremely scared knowing someone could so easily access my room. Fortunately, the situation was handled properly: the guests were fined and escorted off the property. A huge thank you to the receptionists, Kilian and Vivian, who handled all the issues promptly and made sure I felt secure. I also want to express my gratitude to the security guard, Nando, who stayed nearby the entire time to ensure those "neighbors" actually left and that I was completely safe. If it weren't for the incredible staff, I have no idea how this situation would have ended. I truly hope the hotel management recognizes and rewards their hard work — their support meant the world to me.
