Magnífico hotel, ubicado en un sitio maravilloso. Muy apropiado para desconectar de las grandes ciudades.
8.0La ubicación, un bonito paraje en el valle del Jerte. La tranquilidad de la zona ayuda a desconectar. Buen SPA y grandes espacios.
− Instalaciones exteriores algo abandonadas, a falta de un buen mantenimiento. El desayuno necesita más variedad, pocos dulces, los quesos muy escasos para ser una de las mejores zonas de quesos de España. La piscina exterior no es de uso exclusivo de los clientes como normalmente debería ser, la utilizan también familias de la zona y se satura de gente.

10.0Todo. El paisaje de alrededor, la amplitud del hotel, sus preciosos jardines, el Spa tan amplio y limpio, los masajes, la comida. el personal tan amable, profesional y atento. Lo dicho, todo.

− Las habitaciones mal conservadas, las duchas con malas instalaciones, almohadas incomodas
Ojo en ir allí en verano
5.0Las instalaciones exteriores muy bien y la ubicación en el valle del Jerte muy buena para moverse .
− El aire en la habitación no funcionaba en plena ola de calor , no se podía abrir la ventana pues había boda en los jardines y mucho ruido la noche fue infernal a demás la nevera apenas enfriaba era muy vieja , pedimos cambio de habitación a otra con aire y decían q estaban completos así q a sudar y irnos a las 7 am sin pegar ojo . Pusimos una reclamación pero de momento no ha habido respuesta ni compensación .
