− La stanza da letto meritava un deumidificatore. Freddo umida nonostante il rivestimento in legno. Impossibile arieggiare.

10.0L'appartamento è completamente nuovo, dal mobilio, alle stoviglie. C'è la macchina del caffè nespresso con le cialde, il microonde, la lavastoviglie. In cucina un kit d'accoglienza con detersivo piatti, spugna e pezzetta di spugna tutto nuovo. Ci sono tre grandi TV, una in cucina e una in ciascuna delle due camere. Il bagno, nuovo anch'esso spazioso e dotato di phon professionale con beccuccio. I proprietari molto disponibili. Il parcheggio a qualche passo dallo stabile.

Ottimo soggiorno in struttura moderna ed accogliente
8.0Pulitissima, zona cucina ottimamente attrezzata, camere da letto ampie ed accoglienti, bagni moderni. L’appartamento era inoltre dotato di 3 balconcini con ottima vista. Servizi e negozi praticamente a pochi passi.
− Sia il check-in che il check-out sono in autogestione, non ci sono presenti persone nella struttura in accoglienza. Non posso quindi valutare questo aspetto ma le istruzioni ricevute erano comunque molto chiare. Magari questo potrebbe essere un aspetto negativo per persone anziane o poco tecnologiche.
