Not safe and is dirty.

− The pool is cover with dirt. The room smell horrible, homeless people were around, and there is people living on most of the rooms, smells like urine outside and it feels very unsafe to be there

− Cockroachs scurrying about. Homeless people lingering on property. Broken screen hanging on window. Water leak from toilet. Also received email stating due to Covid out breaks bring disinfectants and toiletries as they will not be provided. Didn’t see this till we were already on our way. No coffee maker in room and no hair dryer in room.

− I had kids and the room smelled like cigarette and blankets had holes

1.0− Dirty.. we walked in to a smell even though it was a “smoke free” room. We found roaches in the room and the bedding has holes in it due to cigarette burns.. sheets smelled like smoke.
