10.0Our experience with the Sudamala team was simply outstanding. The team were exceptional, the hotel facilities beautiful and its perfectly located. With so much to offer on site (fab restaurant, stunning pool, great spa) and in the heart of Sanur, we will certainly return. Our 2 year old grandson Teddy was so well looked after especially when he managed to lock himself in the toilet! Highly recommend.

Correct pour une courte étape pour rester proche de l’aéroport demander chambre ne donnant pas sur un angle.. bruyante!
7.0La situation au calme assez proche du centre. Le style colonial. Le petit déjeuner et le personnel du restaurant Grande piscine avec transats
− Chambre 325 bien mais la 421 très bruyante combats de chien la nuit mal insonorisée. Bébé chambre en face pleure toute la nuit. J’ai signale le problème à la réceptionniste pour les futurs arrivants …. La plage assez loin et pas belle pour se baigner. En repartant nous étions 5 mais la réceptionniste était sur son portable nous l’avons saluée un par un mais ne nous a même pas vu partir … quid sécurité des bagages qui restent à côté d elle
