10.0Pulizia ottimale, camere bellissime e curate in ogni dettaglio. Impeccabile, un servizio a 5 stelle! Noi abbiamo soggiornato qui perché passaggio e non perché dovevamo visitare londra. Ci tornerei subito.

9.0今回は2度目の利用です。前回はダブルベッドのスタンダードタイプでした。前回気に入りましたから今回も同じ部屋を予約しましたが、予約後に非常に廉価でグレードアップのお誘いがあり、そのようにしていいただきました。何とジュニアスートでした。キングサイズベッド、モダンで巨大なバスとシャワーと素晴らしいなめし皮のソファ、素晴らしい眺望！ 他で予約していた娘との夕食を急遽裏庭のビアガーデンに変更しました。木々に囲まれて、涼やかなLONDONの夕刻を楽しみました。食事はもちろん美味しく、スタッフはフレンドリーで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。 翌朝ホテルの前にマーケットが立ちLONDONで暮らす方々の週末の暮らしも拝見できました。
