− The people above us could be easily heard when they were moving around (not really the property’s fault tho)

7.0The Rooms were in a separate building on the premise and there was no live music going on which was one of our fear as we needed quiet sleep after the long day of journey. The overall location is on the outskirts, so no traffic or hustle and bustle and plenty of parking spots was a bonus.
− The bathroom bathtub sheet needed maintenance, which we were informed on the check in desk. The single beds were not too wide and can cause issue to people with healthy bodies.

− The hotel management lied to us, they never processed refund-what’s been promised, they not picking up phone, not replying to emails or voice messages , absolutely unfair people, don’t recommend to stay at this hotel…
I thought we were staying above the pub! We weren’t and the accommodation was in, what can only be described as a HMO! N
