− They changed my allocated room into other facility near by and it was super hot, minimal ventilation

8.0The location was very close to ExCel london where we attended a conference. It was about 10mins or less walk. The neighbourhood had a lot of local stores and shops to get groceries and fast food. The hotel served breakfast which was good.
− Although the hotel room where we stayed did not have an air-conditioning; a fan was in the room which helped us cope with the weather

Excellent value for money & +
10.0Excellent value for money. The staff was nice and welcoming. 24/7 complimentary fresh fruits at the reception. A cold bottle of water given upon arrival. Comfy and clean room. Ok English breakfast. Gated carpark and, they even told me if I wanted to leave my car for the rest of the day after checkout, it was possible. All of that for £85, London area, really can't complain.
