10.0Monica super friendly and always provide the warmest of welcomes. If anything goes wrong she's there to take accountability and resolve it.
− When staff encourage you NOT to eat in the restaurant. For me as a single female traveller, I don't want to eat in the bar area. I prefer to eat in on a table the right size.

1.0− Our room T really Bad where somone had tried to clean the carpet - we had an interconnecting room and we couldn’t use one of the rooms because of the smell and we had to sleep In the other room on the floor - staff at reception were not helpful and just gave us 10% off

8.0Location is good, if you do not to want live next to King. Area is quiet and of course that mall is big and everything.
