Can be improved and find a gap study
8.0− The check-in counters can be faster and even 2/3 counters are there only one is operational.Atleast at rush times many counters should be helping people for checkin and checkout. Many times server is very slow. As a leading brand you need to address the customer experience in all areas including time lags
