1.0직원들은 체크인 할 때와 숙박관련 문의에 대해 친절하게 대응해주었습니다. 위치도 좋았습니다.
− 솔직히 객실로서 사용하면 안되는 방을 판매하는것 같습니다. 창문없는 객실이라고 사전에 고지하였고, 그것을 인지하고 수락했지만은 막상 실제로 숙박해보니 객실로서의 가치는 없다고 생각합니다. 창문이 없는 복도 맨 끝방이며 문에 객실 번호조차 있지 않았습니다. 마치 창고로 사용하는 방을 객실로 개조하여 사용하는 느낌이었습니다. 창문도 없는 구석진 방이라 화장실 타일과 모서리, 샤워기 헤드, 세면대 등 곰팡이가 가득했지만 이런 점을 호텔측에서 제대로 케어하지 않는것 같습니다. 마트에서 수세미를 사와서 직접 곰팡이 제거 청소를 했습니다. 방은 전체적으로 습하고 눅눅했고 전반적인 시설들이 열악했습니다. 냉장고 또한 고장난 상태여서 교체하는데 3일이 소요되었습니다. 다른 후기들을 보니 창문이 있는 방도 화장실이나 가구 등이 열악하다는 평이 있던데 아마도 자주 컴플레인이 발생했을거고 그것을 매번 대응하는 직원들만 고생할 것 같네요.
