Top-Lage - in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Strand und Meer, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr feundliche Mitarbeiter.

From check-in, the atmosphere was very positive. The reception was friendly and helpful. 📍 Location 8/10 Very close to the beach, with many shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a bus stop to Palma and El Arenal. If you want to explore the island, renting a car is the best option. 🏠 The one-bedroom apartment with a sea view was very spacious and bright. It was well-equipped and cleaned thoroughly every day. The only suggestion I have is for an extra thick mattress cover for the bed in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the mattresses tend to slide apart, and you can feel the sharp ends of the springs digging into your body. We had a room on the 4th floor, but we still enjoyed the expected sea view. The balcony was also spacious with comfortable chairs! 🏊 There are 3 outdoor pools. They weren't very crowded, so there were always sunbeds available. However, our favorite was the 🏊 extra indoor pool. We spent a lot of time by the sea, so it was nice to cool off inside with air conditioning and slightly cooler water compared to the heated outdoor pools. 🥞🥘 We booked the half-board option. We enjoyed the breakfasts. A big plus was the ability to take an extra portion for our son, who wanted to sleep in and stayed in the apartment in the morning. You just need to ask the staff for this option and an extra container. Each day for a week, we had a different lunch option, which we liked. We always found something for ourselves. The only cuisine we didn't enjoy was Mexican, but that's just not our preference. It was a great experience watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 with other hotel guests, especially the special moment when Spain won 🇪🇸 🎇🏆. Besides that, we only attended one show in the evening. We really enjoyed the performance by the acrobat brothers from Kenya. However, on other days, we felt that the entertainment was mostly geared towards small children… a bit too boring for teenagers, with the same songs repeated. Overall, positive feedback.
