Great location, Nice covered al fresco area. Rooms were a good size with comfortable warm beds.

− The Hot water was a bit hot and miss. Like most places in Peru the wifi was a bit slow

− Noisy. Very hard to breathe in this hotel for some reason. Breakfast was cold every morning. It was pot luck if the water was hot enough for shower.

Basic 3-star hotel in centre of Cusco.

Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

According to Peruvian law, cash is not accepted for payments over PEN 2,000 or USD 500. Payments greater than these amounts must be settled by credit card or other methods approved by the property and local law. Payments cannot be split between currencies.

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for complimentary breakfast.
