Viagem maravilhosa, lugar perfeito para passar dias de descanso com a família, principalmente com crianças.
10.0Ficamos encantados com tudo, os funcionários, as instalações, as piscinas sempre limpinhas, a RECREAÇÃO foi maravilhosa. Só tenho que agradecer pelo atendimento impecável e principalmente por ter disponibilizado o check in bem antes do horário, assim que chegamos.

− Não estava limpo adequadamente o quarto, me colocaram num quarto onde atrás tinha um corredor onde os funcionários passavam o tempo todo com carrinhos muito barulhentos durante todo o dia, banheiro sempre com cheiro ruim, solicitei a troca de quarto no primeiro dia, disseram que iam me trocar ao final do dia e não deram mais retorno, as bebidas “chopp” todas as vezes que tentei beber estava quente, o buffet desorganizado as pessoas se servindo beliscando e mastigando por cima das comidas, não tem organização das filas, você está na fila e as pessoas chegam passando na frente…
