10.0We had a great stay.. it was hard to find the door tho late at night... The only real issue we had was it was to hot we had to keep the fans on full blast and were still hot... But it was nice their!!! Will recomend

2.0Our luggage has been looked through when we were out. This was obvious as a present had been hidden at the bottom of the bag and was now at the top. Fans are not adequate for 36 degree weather. Had to use a wet towel to cool down enough to sleep. Bed was obviously worn. And the bathroom was a slip hazard

2.0There is no air conditioning. None. Extremely uncomfortable rooms. The paint on the walls is chipped. And there is no employee on site.

10.0Great place to stay. Easy location, felt very safe and close to everything in the city. We were very comfortable, we just found the city to be quite noisy during the night. Great communication and easy to speak with someone at reception.

6.0We stayed in Urben for 5 nights. The property was secure and accessible to the key areas in Rome. However we did find our room to be extremely dusty and on the odd occasion when our linen was changed, it always had a distinctive odour smell to it.
