5.0Localização em relação à praia do futuro. Atendimento pelos funcionários do refeitório e café da manhã bem variado e fartuoso.
− Quarto com forte cheiro e mofo nas paredes, pintura danificada, roupas de camas em mal estado, ralo do banheiro danificado, presença de baratas. Conservação do quarto em mal estado.

8.0O hotel compensa pelo café da manhã, é excelente. A localização também é boa, perto da praia e restaurantes bons, com fácil aceitação de Uber.
− Essa foi a terceira vez que fiquei hospedada nele, e apenas na primeira peguei um quarto bom. Nas últimas duas o banheiro do quarto estava bem deteriorado, chuveiro ruim, pouca evasão, acento do vaso sanitário quebrado, péssimo de usar. Com uma diária eles conseguem consertar esses pequenos detalhes.
