I was very disappointed in this hotel. For the price almost $300 the property was very shabby.
4.0The location close to the convention center
− It is outdated and not clean. The rooms were dark and uninvited. The bathroom wallpaper was stained. The drainage spout in the sink was black with a buildup. The shower worked only halfway. The swimming pool area was very unkept and not clean. The pool had black stain all over the tiles. The pavement had red stain (blood or food stain?) in one of the corners. The area around the trash barrel at the pool was stained.
Will not return and general manager did not make anything right.
4.0Clean room and spacious
− Staff was very rude, not accommodating, lobby smelled of pot and the breakfast was a poor selection and items that had ran out were not quickly replaced
We enjoyed our stay overall and made our dance weekend easy at the coliseum across the road.
8.0Great location, beds/rooms comfortable, gym easily accessible and nice, breakfast good variety
− No towels or bedding for pullout couch, had to ask for them, shower was needing faucet repair
