8.0Das Apartments Central hatte kein Warmwasser und wir sind vor der Anreise in die Residence Romanza verlegt worden.

10.0Původně jsme měli rezervovaný apartmán v Apartments Central Park Marienbad, ale vzhledem k technickému problému s vodou nám byl nabídnut náhradní apartmán v hotelu Romanza. Byla jsem velmi příjemně překvapena, že jako kompenzaci změny rezervace jsme měli snídaně po dobu pobytu zdarma. Bylo to velmi hezké gesto, za což velmi chválím, neboť si tím hotel zajistil naši přízeň i pro příští pobyt. Hotel není až tak výjimečný, co však ale výjimečné je, je paní recepční Lucie, která svou aktivitou a přívětivostí s úsměvem na rtech dodává hotelu naprostou výjimečnost. Prostory hotelu jsou čisté, ručníky voňavé, vybavení kuchyně v apartmánu je dostačující. Na snídani si každý vybere, od sladkého po jogurty či teplé snídaně. Velkou výhodou je šikovná masérka od rána až do odpoledne. Paní Lucii patří velké poděkování za trpělivé vysvětlování, rady pro návštěvy zajímavých míst v Mariánských Lázních a její ochotu vždy vše vyřešit ku spokojenosti klienta. Hotel rozhodně doporučuji. Při další návštěvě krásného města se opět u Vás ubytujeme. Děkujeme. Lucka H.
− Byli jsme během celého pobytu naprosto spokojení. Neměnila bych vůbec nic a rozhodně bych si hýčkala paní recepční Lucii, která mění hotel na výjímečný.
