Extrêmement décevant pour le prix que nous avons payé.
2.0Rien sauf l’emplacement et directeur sympathique.
− Personnel incompétent, chambre pas prête, réclamation à plusieurs du mobilier et de la vaisselle, le ménage est catastrophique: l’évier non nettoyé, lit mal fait , beaucoup de Poussière, aspirateur non passé, serviettes de bain non remis et non repris, aucun rangement, vaisselle non lavé , le café et le thé non remis chaque jour, les déchets de sacs poubelles laissé parterre.

1.0− Je ne suis absolument pas satisfaite de mon séjour. Nous avions réservé et payé une suite, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a annoncé qu’il n’y avait finalement plus que des chambres simples disponibles. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi notre réservation a été acceptée et pourquoi nous avons payé pour une suite si l’hôtel n’était pas en mesure de nous la fournir. Cette situation nous a fait perdre un temps précieux et a complètement gâché notre séjour. Ils ne m’ont pas remboursé la différence de prix. Je suis très déçue de la façon dont cette situation a été gérée. J’ai également trouvé le personnel peu transparent, ce qui me laisse penser que la réponse apportée à cet avis pourrait ne pas refléter la réalité des faits. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement au vu de mon expérience.
