Location (proximity to The Roundhouse), facilities (especially the ultra-quiet yet very effective air-conditioning, provision of tea / coffee-making equipment etc.), overall cleanliness & excellent customer service. A quiet, relaxing haven amidst what is a bustling, vibrant area.
