10.0Charming characterful room, was even bearably cool in an otherwise extremely hot and sticky week in Basel. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, advising me on local attractions, booking taxis, storing luggage - even encouranging me to drink water after I had been on a walk, and bringing it to me. Very good value for a hotel during the price spikes of ArtBasel week.
