9.0街中で徒歩圏内にお食事処が沢山あり便利でした。フロントスタッフさんにオススメのお店も教えて頂きました。 土曜日だったのでオススメのお店は予約が取れなくてホテルの裏手の焼肉屋さんに行きましたが、秋田は感じずとも美味しい焼肉屋さんでした。温泉もあったので部屋のお風呂は使わずにそちらに行き、のびのびと温泉に入れて良かったです。
− 温泉で使ったタオル類をそのまま返却できたらありがたいと思いましたが、置く場所が分からず部屋まで持ってきました。枚数を数える為にはその方が良いのかな、どうでしょうか？ポイっとできたら楽かなとは思いました。
タバコ臭さと髪の毛が無ければ、とても良かったのに残念でした。
6.0温泉と朝食が良かったです。ベットの硬さが丁度良くて、翌朝の腰痛がなく助かりました。
− ベッドや風呂場に髪の毛がたくさんついていた。喫煙ルームしか空いていなかったから仕方がないけど、タバコの臭いがエレベータを降りた途端にフロア全体的についていて不快でした。

8.0Quiet, the onsen, the restaurant had great sake selection from Akita and elsewhere.

部屋に綺麗なエアコンを完備して欲しい。残念
3.0ちょうしょくは良かった。ただ、朝食付きで予約したはずだった。
− いつも利用していますが今回の部屋は空調が悪く暑すぎて一睡も眠れなかった。翌日の講演はほとんど寝ていた。

6.0お風呂が大きいこと
− ロケーション、廊下やエレベーターのにおい、朝食の種類、温泉の効用がどこにも書かれていない、お風呂の一部に泡がたっている。 また、名前が違う浴槽が色々あるが全て同じ泉質のお風呂ですよね？？ 説明不足だと思う。アメニティも貧弱だし、お風呂においてあるシャンプーなどは髪の油分を一気に落としてしまうような安物に感じた 市内のホテルで大浴場があるのは強みなので、企業努力、工夫によっては良くなるはず。今回は残念としか言いようがない
