10.0Best location, near to mega mall batam, mosque, very good location, rooms were clean every day, good value for money, i add an extra bed for my son, still got space to perform our prayers, free shuttle to ferry terminals, staffs were so nice, front desk (ms trestha), f&b teams (bbq night), breakfast times, bell boy, shuttle driver, room service and house keeping, done a good job, will go there again n thank you for having us
