7.0Pleasant staff, great dining experience at the restaurant. Walking distance from the center of Baddeck.
− Walls between the hotel rooms are quite thin. We could hear the neighbours on the side and above us. The washrooms were a bit outdated and the AC was loud.

10.0We really liked the staff, reception was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant staff were exceptional.. service was professional and friendly. The suite was very comfortable, with great views and the bed was perfect for a relaxing stay.
