10.0The location was perfect. It's just across the road from the beach. We travelled by train to Weymouth and the taxi fare was around £7. People who have no walking problems could probably walk it in 15 mins. The cleanliness was outstanding, bedroom was soft and comfortable. Our room looked out over the beach, the old harbour is just a minute walk away just behind the building. where you can take boat trip.
− Unfortunately like most guest houses there are stairs to walk up carrying cases to get to your room. The owners make you fully aware of this on their details of the property so we knew in advance. But if you struggle with breathing when you walk or struggle with stairs room 1 is only one flight of stairs & would be the best to book, the other rooms are another 1 or 2 sets to walk up.

9.0Very clean and everything we needed. We had 2 rooms - one overlooking the beach and the other overlooking the harbour - absolutely stunning views.
− There were a lot of stairs to our rooms so no good if you are immobile or just can’t do lots of stairs! Bathrooms are very small and narrow with shower and toilet (sink is located outside bathroom) so this could be a problem for some.

− It was dirty Bathroom had thick dust on toilet top and stuff down the outside of the toilet basin also shower gel on the glass of the shower Bedroom skirting hadn’t been cleaned for ages all of the mirrors had been cleaned with a dirty cloth and left with smears and the worst thing the bedding smelt really bad so we slept on the top with our beach towels luckily the weather was hot
A lovely few days in Weymouth overlooking the sea
