9.0La habitación es amplia las camas son confortables. Quizás el desayuno debería ser más variado con productos locales sería genial. Ya que tienen una máquina de café que lo hace artificial. Del resto todo muy bien.
− Que el desayuno no fuera con productos locales como el café, pan. Los que visitamos Cuenca pues me hubiera gustado probar un buen pan y café cuencano y no artificial o comprado en supermercado.
Placentera, pero con detalles a revisar en cuanto a wifi y ascensor

− El wifi, casi nunca funcionaba y no había señal celular tampoco al ser un lugar cerrado, además el ascensor se movía demasiado y era brusco al parar, sería bueno revisarlo

− El internet hecho pedazos , cada rato se iba y el desayuno súper mal , cuando fui a desayunar ya no había menú y eso que estaba a la hora que me habían indicado , debería eso mejorar el hotel

10.0La ubicación estratégica, al tener una parada del tranvía al pie del hotel y las cercanias alrededor del centro histórico. El desayuno variable y el personal educado y atento.
− Un poco más de ventilación en las habitaciones que dan a la ventana al interior, de ahí todo bien.
