− Unfortunately due to it being a top floor room it was very very hot overnight - no fault of the host, there were two fans in the room but I wouldn’t recommend booking if you know it’s going to be hot weather. Would otherwise definitely recommend

9.0The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities like coffee, cold water in the fridge, a fan and very nice toiletries. Comfortable king size bed and we were allowed to drop off luggage earlier. The guy who does the maintenance is very helpful and polite.
− The only issue is the distance from the city centre, if you don't drive it's a good 25 minute walk. You can get a bus I suppose but we didn't really checked ahead. Also you can only store luggage for limited time after check out as there is no staff on site. Not a huge issue though.

Please note that from the pavement there are 8 steps with hand rails either side to the front door. There is one single guest room on the ground floor. All other guest rooms are accessible via the stair case with hand rails on one side.
