− It has a smell of nursing home. The owner was really annoying with his stories about missed booking and standing over us at breakfast.

Manager professional as

The room was clean and fresh. The manager was pleasant.

− I couldn't find anyone, including the manager, to explain how to get anywhere or even how to access the TV. The smell of cigarettes and alcohol was strong. Although there was a no smoking rule, as soon as I entered, the smell was strong and stayed through the whole night into the morning. The people who were doing a semi permanent stay at Richmond guest house were unfriendly and some openly hostile. Seemed to be on drugs or constantly drunk and smoking cigarettes on and in the rooms of the property. I left very early because of the hostile attitude from permanent guests. I believe a breakfast was also in the price. But, due to the uncomfortable feeling from the semi permanent residents and the smell of cigarettes and alcohol i left at 6:30am without the breakfast. And I wasn't given a time for breakfast anyway. So it is not a place I would return to. Again, I state that the manager was pleasant and professional in comparison to the semi permanent guests who seemed to believe the rules didn't apply to them and walked around as if they owned the place. In all I'd guess that the number of hostile guests was about 5-6 who seemed to be drinking and smoking together on the premises while talking among themselves about other guests so loudly I could almost hear every word.
