Pulizia e posizione fantastica

Monolocale molto pulito (cosa non scontata) e personale molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere eventuali problemi. Posizione fantastica, ben servita, centrale, con ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze ma nonostante questo la notte era molto silenzioso e si poteva dormire bene con le finestre aperte. Appartamento di dimensioni piccoline ma sufficienti da essere vivibile senza difficoltà. Consiglio di chiedere un appartamento al primo o secondo piano.

− Siamo arrivati la sera tardi (come avvisato) e il divano letto non era preparato per essere usato, cosa fastidiosa con figlia piccola e stanca. L'appartamento era al terzo e ultimo piano e le ultime rampe per arrivarci erano molto strette e ripide. Il divano letto non era molto comodo. L'appartamento non era quello delle foto che secondo loro indicano solo la tipologia (di norma in questi casi ci sono più foto dalle quali si vedono più appartamenti e si sa che te ne capita uno tra quelli fotografati)... Consiglio di chiedere molto bene le caratteristiche ed eventuali foto dell'appartamento che si occuperà. Dopo aver evidenziato il problema, ci hanno proposto di cambiare dopo un paio di giorni, ma avremmo solo avuto più disagio e perdita di tempo quindi abbiamo apprezzato l'offerta ma siamo rimasti dove eravamo.

Keďže hotel nemá recepciu, vnútri pri vchodových dverách čakal pán a vybavoval prevzatie kľúčov. Bol tam každý deň a pýtal sa, či je všetko v poriadku ohľadne ubytovania. Boli sme tam 5 nocí a dali nám zadarmo väčšiu izbu.

De locatie en service van het personeel. Geen airco helaas maar er was wel een ventilator geplaatst wat fijn was met de hitte

− Geen incheckmail ontvangen waardoor we moesten bellen. Toen wel snel iemand gekomen en toen was het snel geregeld. Dat we 3 hoog zaten zonder lift, laatste trap erg smal, lastig met een grote koffer.
