Breakfast was good, and so was exercise room.

− They put me in a handicap room, even though I’m not handicap. The faucet was a little stiff when turning on, which may be hard for a handicap person to turn on.

Great location and an excellent manager, but the experience was held back by unprofessional service.

Perfect location with an easy commute to work and quick access to the city. The manager was incredibly helpful, resolving a room issue smoothly and offering a discount.

− Highly inconsistent frontline staff. While a few employees are exceptional, others, particularly room service are completely unprofessional and subpar.
