− Leider können wir dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits bei der Anreise wurden wir aufgrund unseres acht Monate alten Babys aufgefordert, kurzfristig ein zweites Zimmer zu buchen. Obwohl wir uns bereit erklärt hatten, alternativ eine Suite oder ein Familienzimmer zu buchen, wurde uns keine andere Lösung angeboten. Das zweite Zimmer wurde von uns weder betreten noch genutzt. Trotzdem wurde eine Erstattung kategorisch abgelehnt, obwohl hierfür weder eine Nutzung noch ein Reinigungsaufwand entstanden ist. Statt einer kundenorientierten und kulanten Lösung verwies das Hotel ausschließlich auf seine Sicherheitsvorschriften. Auch das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Die Auswahl war sehr einfach und entsprach einem gewöhnlichen Standardfrühstück ohne besondere Vielfalt oder hochwertige Produkte. Noch enttäuschender war jedoch der Service: Wir wurden weder zu einem Tisch begleitet noch wurde dieser für uns vorbereitet. Nachdem wir uns selbst einen Platz gesucht hatten, mussten wir den Tisch sogar eigenständig abräumen und reinigen, da sich längere Zeit niemand darum kümmerte. Zudem war unser Zimmer bis spät am Abend sehr laut. Sowohl wir als auch unsere Kinder konnten deshalb erst sehr spät einschlafen, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich belastet hat. Insgesamt hätten wir uns deutlich mehr Kundenorientierung, Flexibilität und Kulanz gewünscht. Leider überwiegt deshalb die Enttäuschung über unseren Aufenthalt.
